Over the last year many standard HR and employment practices got put aside as businesses pivoted and changed to meet the needs of the pandemic. Employment Law attorney Jennifer Corso will discuss some basic policies, training and documents every company should have as we settle into our "new normal", to be in legal compliance and avoid employee claims.
Attorney Jennifer Corso, Partner at Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA, has represented Cleveland area employers in labor & employment law for over 25 years. Jennifer offers employers a proactive approach to employment matters, innovative solutions, and top rate advocacy in defending employee claims. Her work ranges from employee handbook drafting & legal review, employee and supervisor training, to employer representation in workers? compensation and unemployment claims, to legal defense of harassment and discrimination claims in state and federal courts. Jennifer is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Labor and Employment Law.
