Rachel Higgins is currently the Program Director for the CarsonStrong Foundation and also serves on the Board of Directors as Secretary. She has been involved with the CarsonStrong Foundation since its inception in 2017, but recently took on a bigger role after leaving her 10-year career in recruitment. Prior to becoming the Program Director, Rachel worked as the Director of Recruiting and Development at Northwestern Mutual and the Division Director for Robert Half OfficeTeam. Aside from work, Rachel lives in Stow with her husband and son. Born and raised outside of Cleveland, she graduated from Kent State University with her degree in Business Management in 2013 and loved the area so much she never left. Rachel loves exploring the parks with her son and enjoying the great food and stores Stow has to offer!
