Join us for the November Member Luncheon featuring Pam Frasco Cleveland Cavaliers Vice President, Social Impact & Equity and Executive Director, Cavaliers Community Foundation
Pam Frasco is Vice President of Social Impact & Equity for the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers and serves as Executive Director of the Cavaliers Community Foundation. In this role, she coordinates the philanthropic initiatives of the Cavaliers, as well as the strategic planning of programming that supports the Northeast Ohio community. As Executive Director, she oversees the operations and strategy of the Foundation and its mission of supporting the development and well-being of youth in Northeast Ohio. Frasco recently completed her 18th year within Rock Entertainment Group (REG), which includes the Cavaliers, Monsters (AHL), Charge (G League), Cavs Legion (2KL) and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Under the direction of Frasco, the Cavaliers Social Impact team is currently undergoing an effort to refurbish indoor basketball courts across the city, with eleven courts already complete. The team also recently funded and constructed, or are currently working on, several Legacy Projects that are designed to provide children and families with safe places to live, learn and play. These include renovated STEM Labs and Mindfulness Learning Spaces in schools and community centers across Greater Cleveland and Akron.
Throughout her tenure, Frasco has held various leadership roles in sales, marketing and public relations within Rock Entertainment Group. She previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for the Monsters and was awarded the AHL Ken McKenzie Award, which recognizes the important role management plays to build a successful franchise, for the 2017-18 season.
In addition to her philanthropy experience professionally with REG, Frasco personally launched Project NICU, a nonprofit that supports families who have babies in the neonatal intensive care unit, in 2018. She serves as the organization’s Founder and President and is on the Executive Board of The NICU Parent Network.
Frasco is a graduate of Kent State University. She lives in Cleveland with her husband Nick and their sons Santino (11) and Salvatore (9).
