Tasks include, but may not be limited to:
• Answering phones • Maintaining time and billing records • Assisting with tax return processing and financial statement processing • Monitoring and ordering supplies from various vendors, including OfficeMax and the USPS • Maintenance of the firm’s storage system • Onboarding new clients • Mail duties • Filing
• Advanced training after high school completion • Previous experience working in an accounting firm • Proficient with Excel, Microsoft Word and QuickBooks • Meticulous work habits (detail-oriented) • Courteous and friendly personality • A strong ability to work well with others • Ability to lift 25 pounds
